By default, the felt frame is white and the length from mobile frame to bottom is about 10 inches unless otherwise specified.

Please note, we only assemble mobiles from our existing stock; custom orders from scratch are not accepted.

The lead time is 10-14 working days, depending on our order volume. Please send us an email or include a note at checkout detailing your preferences:

1) Select up to 5 elements from our ornaments or finger puppets collections.
2) Specify your desired color tone. Let us know the baby's gender and we will design accordingly.

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out! That's why we offer an exchange option or a shop credit for any items that you're not completely satisfied with within 7 days of receiving the product.

Just keep in mind that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any changes in value if the item isn't returned in its original condition.

The shop credit is valid for 6 months from the date we receive the returned item and doesn't cover shipping costs.

We have two options for ordering wholesale. The first is through our storefronts on Bulletin, where you may be eligible for platform discounts.

The second option is to open a wholesale account on our wholesale websiteidirectly with us for your convenience. By ordering directly from us, you may be able to get even lower prices since we don't need to pay commissions to the platforms.
