For orders within the US, we've got a simple shipping policy for you:

  • Orders that are $70 or less: A flat fee of $5 will be charged for shipping and handling. This fee will be added to your order total at checkout, so you know exactly what you're paying for.
  • Orders over $70: You're in luck! Shipping will be on us. That's right, free shipping for orders over $70.

Please keep in mind that this policy only applies to orders within the US. For orders outside of the US, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and the destination.

How long does it take to receive my package?

We process all orders from our Jupiter shop Monday – Friday. All orders under 1lb or under $70 are shipped using the United States Postal First Class Shipping service or whichever way is more cost-effective for both of us.

  • Orders within US: it takes 3-7 business days to be delivered to you, and we ship within 2-3 business days.
  • International orders: it takes 7-14 business days to be delivered via DHL or Fedex, and we ship within same 2-3 business days.

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at to begin the process. We'll let you know if your return is accepted, and if so, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send the package.

Please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to provide your own shipping label when returning an item. If you send an item back to us without first requesting a return, it will not be accepted.

Additionally, once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of whether your refund has been approved or not. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective damaged or if you receive the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will inform you upon receipt and inspection of your return whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive store credit for the refunded amount, which you can use for your next purchase. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for the credit to be processed and available for use.
