Shipping Policy

🚚 US Orders:

  • Orders $70 or less: $5 flat fee for shipping and handling.
  • Orders over $70: Enjoy free shipping!

🌍 International Orders:

  • Orders $200 or less: Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
  • Orders over $200: Enjoy worldwide free shipping!

How long does it take to receive my package?

We process all orders from our Jupiter shop Monday – Friday. All orders under 1lb or under $70 are shipped using the USPS First Class Shipping service or whichever way is more cost-effective for both of us.

  • Orders within US: it takes 3-7 business days to be delivered to you, and we ship within 2-3 business days.
  • International orders: it takes 7-14 business days to be delivered via DHL or Fedex, and we ship within same 2-3 business days.

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information.

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out! That's why we offer an exchange option or a shop credit for any items that you're not completely satisfied with within 7 days of receiving the product.

Just keep in mind that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any changes in value if the item isn't returned in its original condition.

The shop credit is valid for 6 months from the date we receive the returned item and doesn't cover shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 7 days if the item is defective or incorrect. Please inform us so we can make it right!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as cutsom orders, personalized items, any on sale items, or gift cards.
