Shipping + Returns

🚚 US Orders:

• Orders of $70 or less: A flat shipping fee of $5 will be applied.
• Orders over $70: Enjoy free shipping!

🌍 International Orders:

• Orders $200 or less: Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
• Orders over $200: Enjoy worldwide free shipping!

How long does it take to receive my package?

We process all orders from our Jupiter warehouse Monday – Friday. All orders under 1lb or under $70 are shipped using the USPS Ground Advantage or whichever way is more cost-effective for both of us.

• Orders within US: it takes 3-7 business days to be delivered to you, and we ship within 2-3 business days.
• International orders: it takes 7-14 business days to be delivered via DHL or Fedex, and we ship within same 2-3 business days.

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information.

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Ganapati item, within the first 14 days after your order has arrived to you, we will replace, refund or exchange your product. 

To Return Items 

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any changes in value if the item isn't returned in its original condition. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.

To return an item for a refund, please package it in its original packaging with your invoice and return the item within 14 days. The buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we recommend using a shipping method with tracking for your return. 

We do our best to refund your credit card within 48 hours of receipt. After that, your bank may take between 2 and 10 business days to credit your card. If you are returning an item in exchange for another item, we will send the replacement item out as soon as we can upon receipt of the item you are returning.

Return of defective items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 14 days if the item is defective or incorrect. If the item is broken or defective, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please note that returns made after major holidays, such as Christmas or festivals, may be subject to Ganapati's discretion if deemed excessive.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including custom orders, sale items, and gift cards. Items marked down or categorized as sale items, such as "adoption area," "sample sales," and "clearance sale," are final sale and not eligible for return.
