Our lovely felt pirate & ocean garland is handmade in Nepal of 100% wool. It's needle felted, and 3D designed. The garland is about 4' long and consists of five ocean theme elements - a seagull, pirate, sailboat, whale, shark, and a bell at the end. It looks great from any angle.
